Socially distanced productions to open in May

by JORDAN HAYTER

Three major shows have recently announced socially distanced runs starting in May, following the recently announced plans to ease lockdown.

Six: 17th May 2021

After opening for a brief period in December, Six has experienced a socially distanced performance and has proven that it can work. And thanks to the new announcement from our Prime Minister, Six is hoping to return for another socially distanced run from 17th May. With its concert-style performance, it certainly is perfect suited for this new format and will be first on my list.

Everybody’s Talking About Jaime: 17th May 2021

Like Six, Everybody's Talking About Jaime also opened for a brief period in December and was successful before the lockdown was set in place. The show has already been adapted for a Covid-safe experience and is certainly another one to watch with its lively characters and heartfelt story. It also plans to return from 17th May.

Magic Mike Live: 21st May 2021

What a way to start the summer! Magic Mike Live is returning in mid-May for a socially distanced run to the delight of many. After being locked in our houses for months on end, we all certainly deserve a bit of this show. The return will be completely safe with the special moderations already being tested in the Australian run on the show.
